To ensure fair scheduling and preparation for all our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of the full remaining balance.
   
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers preparation, reservation, and administrative costs, and will not be returned under any circumstance.
   

• Changes to your order (quantity, items, timing)  also be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the event.
